Elounda, 21st October 2011 - The Secretary General of Euro-Med TDS was the Keynote Speaker of the 4th Annual EuroMed Conference.

Prof. Luigi Troiani, Secretary General of Euro-Med TDS, was the Keynote Speaker of the 4th Annual EuroMed Conference, “Business Research Challenges in a Turbulent Era”, organized by the EuroMed Academy of Business.

Professor Troiani held his speech "Short Term Strategy in Business: A Threat to Business Research" at the Award Session of the conference which was held in Crete, Greece on the 20th - 21st October 2011.

At the Workshop & Symposium on "Change Management and Organisation Transformation", which discussed the challenges and practical realities of implementing change in organizations, Professor Troiani expounded on the organizational management of a network structure in his paper “A Network’s Approach to Organization Capacity Building”.

Professor Troiani also presented the paper “Challenges and Opportunities for SMEs in the Internet Era”, in one of the sessions of the conference.
